Regarding the ankle socks problem. More and more students are wearing socks below the ankle!
This cannot be tolerated! Students are supposed to look neat and tidy in their school uniform!
How can you.. HOW CAN YOU!!
Now if all of you antisocial people continue to behave like this, I will ask the canteen vendors not to sell food to you! This way canteen can be kept clean!

Also, the benches just in front of the canteen are getting more and more dirty! What does this reflect of all of you? This reflects VERY badly of your CHALACTER!

The school has received a letter from the public about VR students acting randily on the back of the bus. What does this show? Huh? Tell me? This shows that VRians have no discipline and do not have CHALACTER DEVELOPMENT!
This group of antisocial students will be severely dealt with. The member of the public has kindly offered his help in finding out who these students who lack chalacter development are.
